RAUM App not launching on Meta Quest PTC (OS v2.3)
Resolved - The issue with the RAUM app failing to launch on Meta Quest devices has been resolved with the release of Meta's Public Test Channel (PTC) firmware OS v2.4. Devices enrolled in the PTC beta program can now launch the RAUM app as expected from the current App Store versions.
No action is required from users beyond ensuring their Meta Quest device is updated to PTC v2.4 or later.

Investigating - We are aware that the RAUM app fails to launch on Meta Quest devices running the Public Test Channel (PTC) beta firmware OS v2.3. This affects the current RAUM App Store versions.

This issue is limited to devices enrolled in the Meta Quest PTC beta program. Devices running the stable OS version are not affected. Please note that other third-party applications are also currently experiencing similar issues on this PTC version.

We strongly recommend not enabling the Meta Quest PTC beta channel at this time, as a rollback to a stable OS version is not officially documented by Meta.

Unfortunately, there is no workaround available at this time. Our team is actively working on a fix and will provide updates as soon as possible.
